A Change Toward Fashion

Change is a funny thing and more often than not is something that many people have a problem with accepting. I on the other hand find the change i'm going through to be motivational and in most instances rewarding. I have been experiencing change a lot since graduating from high school 2 years ago, starting with moving halfway across the state of Texas, starting college, graduating college with my associates, and currently living and making it in a new city. Not only are there changes in life, but fashion is another way in which I find change to be existant. I for one was never into the whole fashion scene during high school although I owned more clothes than you could shake a stick at(I've never really understood that saying), but truth be told the older I get the more I find myself using fashion to express myself. It doesn't hurt that some of the trends that are in style right now are quite saucy. I definitely attribute my new found love for fashion to the inspiration I have received through fellow bloggers and their outfit posts over the last year. If it weren't for taking the plunge and starting a blog, I would never have been introduced to a whole new world of awesomeness.

  2. I TOTALLY agree! I definitely dressed t-shirt and jeans in highschool (with about a thousand different combos because I owned so many clothes too ahha) because I was too scared to try anything "trendy" or "different". Now, I just go for it. I love fashion..I have a whole new outlook on getting dressed and shopping! I love it!

  17. I'm loving the blue skirt and that necklace is gorgeous! It's funny, due to working in kitchens and in college running track, I never thought about fashion. Not until 2 years ago when I cut my hair off, I figured I didn't have hair to hide behind anymore so I started wearing big earrings, earrings lead to cute tops, cute tops lead to cute bottoms and behold now I love fashion!!!!
