June Beauty Haul

July 10, 2014

June was a good month in the beauty department. I bought a lot of great products that I have been wanting to try for quite sometime and have been happy with all of them. I forgot to mention that I picked up all these items because I had a few gift cards burning a hole in my wallet. Overall, I only spent $4 on all of these products which to me screams successful shopping day.

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB 8-in-1 Beauty Balm Skin Corrector
This BB cream is great although very light and super sheer, but great for someone like me who likes minimal coverage. It's a finely tinted moisturizer that helps to even my skin tone while at the same time protects my skin with it's SPF qualities.

NYX Dewy Finish Makeup Setting Spray
I have only used this product once but was happy with the result. It helps keep your makeup in place for a longer wear as well as comes with a nice price tag. Win, win :)

Dermalogica Multi Active Toner
I first learned of Dermalogica from my sister in-law and I am so glad I did because it's definitely a great line. I love this toner although I wasn't so thrilled with buying one that has a defective mister.

Dermalogica MediBac Clearing Adult Acne Kit
This product is absolutely amazing and is by far the best acne product I've ever used. I have used plenty of products for acne but this one has done wonders for my skin and complexion. A week before my wedding I started using this product and was so happy to find not one zit on my face on my wedding day! Yay for an acne product that actually works for my skin type.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Spot Concealer + Treatment
I have only used this a few times but the times I did use this it worked wonders.  I have this one dark spot under my left eye that drives me absolutely crazy but after using this it completely disappears.

Too Faced Natural Eye Neutral Eye Shadow Collection
I absolutely love this eyeshadow because all of these colors are just perfect. I have always worn neutral eye shadows so buying this product was a no brainer for me. They go on smoothly, are long lasting, and have great pigmentation.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover
I am not sure what to think of this makeup remover, but I do know one thing I don't like how it leaves my eyes oily (notice it says oil-free) even after washing my face.

Revlon ColorStay Overtime Lip Color
I wore this lip color on my wedding day and was extremely happy with it's moisturizing and long lasting qualities. I also loved the color, simply perfect for a wedding.

Real Techniques Lash/Brow Groomer
I actually didn't own a lash/brow brush, however deciding which one to choose was quite easy for me because I love real techniques brushes. I own several and have always been happy with their quality.
